Saratoga Investment (SAR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.9% to $0.53; 7.4% Yield

Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on January 19, 2022, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of January 3, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.4 percent.
