Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF) reported Q2 EPS of $7.71, $3.10 better than the analyst estimate of $4.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.09 billion.

"Our modern technology is powering our current performance and setting us up to capitalize on the accelerating digital revolution in banking."
