Credit Suisse analyst A.J. Rice reiterated a Neutral rating and $50.00 price target on Walgreens Boosts Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA) ahead of the company's 3Q earnings report. This will be WBA’s second earnings release with new CEO Rosalind Brewer, and first since the closing of the divestiture of Alliance Healthcare. WBA is expected to report results on 7/01.
Credit Suisse maintained a 3Q21 EPS estimate of $1.11, which compares to consensus of $1.15. WBA also noted that Q3 usually has the allergy sales come through that can help offset some of the weak cold, cough, and flu residual effects. Another potential tailwind is the gradual reopening of the UK, which has been pressured since this time last year.
