Retail Properties of America (NYSE: RPAI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.070.

The dividend will be payable on July 9, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 25, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 24, 2021.
