Universal Corp. (NYSE: UVV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 annualized. This is a 1.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.77.

The dividend will be payable on August 2, 2021, to stockholders of record on July 12, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of July 9, 2021.
