Prospect Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: PAX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.125, $0.005 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.13.
Alex Saigh, Patria's CEO, said: "We are pleased with our strong results for the 1st quarter, with management fees increasing 31% and Fee Related Earnings increasing 14% compared to the prior year's 1st quarter.
