Polaris Industries (PII) Declares $0.63 Quarterly Dividend; $1B Buyback

Polaris Industries (NYSE: PII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share, or $2.52 annualized. The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2021. The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.

Polaris also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $1 billion of the Company's outstanding common stock. This new repurchase authorization replaces the prior Board authorization.
