Home Federal Bancorp of Louisiana (HFBL) Declares $0.0825 Quarterly Dividend; 2.2% Yield

Home Federal Bancorp of Louisiana (NASDAQ: HFBL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0825 per share, or $0.33 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 17, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 3, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of April 30, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.

James R. Barlow, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer stated, “I am pleased to announce that following the 2-for-1 stock split in the form of a 100% stock dividend, payable March 31, 2021, the Board of Directors determined to maintain a similar level of total cash dividends to shareholders post-split; thus, the current quarterly cash dividend was adjusted to be $0.0825 per share.”
