Morgan Stanley analyst Kimberly Greenberger raised the price target on Skechers USA (NYSE: SKX) to $44.00 (from $41.00) while maintaining a Equalweight rating despite revenue growth, GM expansion & valuation suggesting stock upside.
The analyst stated "volatile EBIT flow-through drives frequent EPS misses & clouds the EBIT margin/EPS trajectory. We stay EW for now, but see a multiple re-rating opportunity if mgmt improves the relationship between topline & EBIT growth."
