• Net income was $2.3 million and diluted earnings per share were $0.38 in the fourth quarter of 2020.
• Net Revenue was $28.8 million for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020 which was a 19.1% increase over net revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020.
