Pivotal Research analyst Jeffrey Wlodarczak downgraded Dish Network (NASDAQ: DISH) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $34.00 (from $42.00).
The analyst comments "Post a better than expected 4Q result in the core DTH business (a declining annuity which declined at a slower than expected pace), a likely transition year and half at Boost Mobile as the company sheds unprofitable subs, potential concerns about over/under spending by DISH in the upcoming C-Band auction disclosure, a push back in our 1H’21 outside (hopefully Internet player) wireless investment expectations and what we view as a later than expected launch of wireless we lowered our target price $8 to $34 and reduced our rating to HOLD."
