Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2021, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
