National Retail Properties (NNN) Misses Q4 EPS by 4c, Revenues Beat

National Retail Properties (NYSE: NNN) reported Q4 EPS of $0.33, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.28 million versus the consensus estimate of $162.65 million.

Jay Whitehurst, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "National Retail Properties posted solid fourth quarter results, with continued high occupancy, strong rent collections and renewed acquisition volume, all bolstered by a fortress-like balance sheet.
