SmartFinancial (SMBK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.06; 1.2% Yield

SmartFinancial (NASDAQ: SMBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2021, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
