Williams Cos. (NYSE: WMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2021, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2021.
