Talend S.A (TLND) Tops Q3 EPS by 21c, Revenues Beat; Offers 4Q & FY20 EPS/Revenue Guidance Above Consensus

Talend S.A (NASDAQ: TLND) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.16), $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.37). Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $69.86 million.

Third Quarter 2020 Financial Results:

• Total revenue of $72.7 million, up 16% year-over-year
• Annual Recurring Revenue (“ARR”) of $268.9 million, up 20% year-over-year or 16% on a constant currency basis
• Cloud ARR of $87.8 million, up 113% year-over-year or 109% on a constant currency basis
• Subscription revenue of $66.0 million, up 20% year-over-year or 18% on a constant currency basis
• GAAP operating loss of $18.2 million
• Non-GAAP operating loss of $4.2 million
• Dollar-based net expansion rate of 107% on a constant currency basis

Talend S.A sees Q4 2020 EPS of ($0.32)-($0.29), versus the consensus of ($0.40). Talend S.A sees Q4 2020 revenue of $74.2-75.2 million, versus the consensus of $73 million.

Talend S.A sees FY2020 EPS of ($0.85)-($0.82), versus the consensus of ($1.16). Talend S.A sees FY2020 revenue of $282.8-283.8 million, versus the consensus of $278.8 million.
