Triton International Limited (TRTN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.6% to $0.57; 6.2% Yield

Triton International Limited (NYSE: TRTN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, or $2.28 annualized. This is a 9.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on December 23, 2020, to stockholders of record on December 10, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of December 9, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.2 percent.

Mr. Sondey concluded, "The increase in our dividend reflects our confidence in the continued strength of our profitability and robust cash flows generated by our business, and our ongoing commitment to returning value to shareholders."
