W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.044 per share, or $4.176 annualized. This is a 0.2% increase from the prior dividend of $1.042.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2020.
