New Jersey Resources (NYSE: NJR) declared a quarterly dividend of $.3325 per share, or $1.33 annualized. This is a 6.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3125.
The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 22, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 21, 2020.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
“The action taken by our board of directors reflects our continued commitment to creating value for shareowners, especially in these uncertain times,” said Steve Westhoven, President and CEO of New Jersey Resources.
