Lam Research (LRCX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 13% to $1.30; 1.5% Yield

Lam Research (NASDAQ: LRCX) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.30 per share, or $5.2 annualized. This is a 13% increase from the prior dividend of $1.15.

The dividend will be payable on October 14, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
