National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3% to $0.34; 4.1% Yield

National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.
The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2020.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
Tamara Fischer, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “NSA’s ability to continue to grow common share dividends and core funds from operations (Core FFO) per share, despite the COVID-19 pandemic and current economic recession, attests to the benefits of our differentiated PRO structure as well as the resiliency of the self storage sector.
