Wyndham Destinations (NYSE: WYND) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 40% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2020.
