Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.5% to $1.14; 2.4% Yield

Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.14 per share, or $4.56 annualized. This is a 6.5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.07.

The dividend will be payable on October 14, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
