Westamerica Bancorp. (WABC) Declares $0.41 Quarterly Dividend; 2.7% Yield

Westamerica Bancorp. (NASDAQ: WABC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2020, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.

Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, “This dividend recognizes Westamerica’s healthy capital level, sound asset quality, and profitability.”
