Home Federal Bancorp (HFBL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.1% to $0.165; 2.6% Yield
Home Federal Bancorp (NASDAQ: HFBL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.165 per share, or $0.66 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.
The dividend will be payable on August 17, 2020, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2020.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
James R. Barlow, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “This seventh annual increase in our dividend rate, and 61st consecutive quarterly cash dividend, reflects our continued commitment to creating value for our shareholders and confidence in the financial strength and long-term prospects for our Company. This represents a 3.125% increase in the dividend rate and, based on our earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, the increase reflects a payout ratio of approximately 30%.”
