Greene County Bancorp (GCBC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.12; 2.1% Yield

Greene County Bancorp (NASDAQ: GCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2020, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
