Mercantile Bank (MBWM) Declares $0.28 Quarterly Dividend; 5.3% Yield

Mercantile Bank (NASDAQ: MBWM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 16, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 4, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 3, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.3 percent.

"We are pleased that our ongoing financial strength during the challenging environment enabled us to continue our cash dividend program," said Robert B. Kaminski, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile. "We continue to prudently monitor the effects and potential future impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on our financial condition and will evaluate future cash dividend payments as necessary to maintain capital levels that are sufficient to meet our capital management initiatives."
