UPDATE: Baird Upgrades NortonLifelock (NLOK) to Outperform

Baird analyst Jonathan Ruykhaver upgraded NortonLifelock (NASDAQ: NLOK) from Neutral to Outperform with a price target of $25.00.

The analyst comments "We are upgrading NLOK to Outperform as we like the story for NLOK following the sale of the enterprise business to Broadcom. We like the company's new leadership and appreciate significant progress already made in eliminating stranded costs and improving customer count. We believe a renewed focus on marketing spend can help drive improved growth going forward. Overall, we believe the potential for improving growth backed by a strong financial model warrants an upgrade at these levels."
