TrustCo Bank (TRST) Declares $0.068125 Quarterly Dividend; 4.6% Yield

TrustCo Bank (NASDAQ: TRST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.068125 per share, or $0.2725 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Robert J. McCormick said: “We are very pleased that our bank’s performance, driven by management’s commitment to the growth of the company, has enabled us to again provide our shareholders with a strong cash dividend.
