ProAssurance (NYSE: PRA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is an 83.9% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.31.

The dividend will be payable on July 8, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 11, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2020.
