Hanmi Financial (NASDAQ: HAFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 50% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on May 29, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 11, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 8, 2020.
