CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4075 per share, or $1.63 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 29, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 14, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
