Acnb Corp (ACNB) Declares $0.25 Quarterly Dividend; 4.1% Yield

Acnb Corp (NASDAQ: ACNB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.

“Amidst the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors took action to provide ACNB Corporation shareholders with a stable quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, which is the amount paid for five straight quarters beginning in June 2019,” said James P.
