Bank of Princeton (BPRN) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; 2.1% Yield

Bank of Princeton (NASDAQ: BPRN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 14, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.

"This dividend reflects the Board of Director's commitment in providing a return to shareholders," stated Edward Dietzler, President and CEO.
