NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per share, or $1.96 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.47.

The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 12, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
