CSW Industrials (CSWI) Declares $0.135 Quarterly Dividend; 0.8% Yield

CSW Industrials (NASDAQ: CSWI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of April 30, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.

Armes, CSW Industrials’ Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President commented, “Our Board of Directors is pleased to maintain the current dividend rate for the first quarter of fiscal 2021. Our strong balance sheet allows us to return capital to our shareholders consistent with our capital allocation strategy, through a regular quarterly dividend.”
