GEO Group (GEO) Declares $0.48 Quarterly Dividend; 17.8% Yield

GEO Group (NYSE: GEO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, or $1.92 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 24, 2020, to stockholders of record on April 17, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of April 16, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 17.8 percent.

George C. Zoley, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GEO, said: “We are pleased to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share, or $1.92 per share annualized, which is indicative of our continued commitment to return value to our shareholders.”
