UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized. This is a 5.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3425.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on April 10, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of April 8, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
