NexPoint Real Estate Finance (NYSE: NREF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2198 per share, or $0.8792 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 23, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 20, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.
