Saga Communications (SGA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.32; 4.7% Yield

Saga Communications (NASDAQ: SGA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on April 10, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
