E-mailCommercewest Bank Na (OTC: CWBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 17.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.
The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2020.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
