Vistra Energy (NYSE: VST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 17, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
