Danaher (NYSE: DHR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on April 24, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 27, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2020.
