National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.1025 per share, or $4.41 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.05.

The dividend will be payable on May 8, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
