Devon Energy (DVN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 22.2% to $0.11; 2% Yield

Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is a 22.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.09.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

“The 22 percent increase in our quarterly dividend is the latest example of Devon’s commitment to return cash to shareholders and reflects the confidence we have in our underlying business and financial strength,” said Dave Hager, president and CEO.
