New Residential Investment (NYSE: NRZ) reported Q4 EPS of $0.61, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $255.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $219.1 million.
FOURTH QUARTER 2019 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:
- GAAP Net Income of $211.8 million, or $0.51 per diluted common share(1)
- Core Earnings of $255.4 million, or $0.61 per diluted common share(1)(2)
- Common Dividend of $207.8 million, or $0.50 per common share(1)
- Book Value per common share of $16.21(1)
