Taitron Components (NASDAQ: TAIT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.14 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2020.
