Aimco (AIV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.1% to $0.41; 3.1% Yield

Aimco (NYSE: AIV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized. This is a 5.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
