Greene County Bancorp (NASDAQ: GCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
