Tremont Mortgage Trust (NASDAQ: TRMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 10, 2020, to stockholders of record on January 27, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of January 24, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 15.5 percent.
